Return policy

All online returns require pre-authorization. If approved, once the return is received back to us, the refund issued will be the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees. You may be asked to provide pictures before authorization is provided. The item(s) must be in original condition, unopened, and with no damage or markings on the package.

All orders canceled before they are shipped will be issued a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees.

Your refund will be returned via the original payment method and may take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. Purchases paid by check require a 10 business day waiting period from the purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of opened items unless there is a quality control issue.
